Privacy Policy for TradePilot Pro

TradePilot Pro is developed by Clear Edge Tools. This privacy policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Overview

TradePilot Pro is a local trading journal and analytics tool for Windows. The app is designed to help users record trades, analyze risk units, compare setups, review performance, and export or import their own trading data.

TradePilot Pro does not require an account, does not provide cloud synchronization, and does not send your trading journal data to Clear Edge Tools.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Trades entered by the user
• Setup names and profile names
• Trade notes
• Risk unit settings
• Currency display preferences
• Imported CSV or backup data
• App settings and local demo data

This information is stored locally so the app can function. Clear Edge Tools does not receive, access, collect, or transmit this trading journal data.

3. No Personal Data Collection by Clear Edge Tools

TradePilot Pro does not collect personal information from users through the app. The app does not include user accounts, login systems, cloud storage, advertising trackers, analytics trackers, or external telemetry controlled by Clear Edge Tools.

4. Microsoft Store Licensing and Purchases

TradePilot Pro may use Microsoft Store services to verify whether the app is in trial mode, whether a trial is active or expired, or whether the user owns the full version.

Purchases, trial status, licensing, refunds, payment processing, taxes, and related Microsoft account information are handled by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store. Clear Edge Tools does not receive or store your payment card details or Microsoft account password.

Microsoft may process data according to Microsoft's own privacy statement and Microsoft Store terms.

5. Export, Import, and Backups

TradePilot Pro allows users to export and import trading data files such as CSV or backup files. These files are created, selected, saved, and managed by the user.

Users are responsible for where they store exported files and whether they share those files with anyone else.

If you contact Clear Edge Tools by email for support, your email address and the contents of your message may be used to respond to your request. Support emails are not sold and are not used for advertising.

TradePilot Pro is a journaling and analytics tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. Past performance, app statistics, projections, and analytics do not guarantee future results.

8. Children's Privacy

TradePilot Pro is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Sharing

Clear Edge Tools does not sell, rent, or share user trading journal data with third parties. Since the app does not transmit journal data to Clear Edge Tools, Clear Edge Tools cannot access or disclose that data.

10. Data Deletion

Users can delete trades and profiles inside the app where supported. Users may also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage through Windows.

Support emails can be deleted upon request where legally and technically possible.

11. Security

TradePilot Pro is designed to keep trading journal data local to the user's device. Users should protect their Windows account, device, exported files, and backups with appropriate security measures.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features, data handling, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be made available through the Microsoft Store listing or another accessible location.
